Monte J White
Monte J. White has been practicing law since 1992 when he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Oklahoma City University. He is licensed in the states of Texas and Oklahoma as well as US Federal Court. Born in Amarillo, Texas and raised in Wichita Falls since the age of three, Monte graduated from Midwestern State University in 1988 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and then received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Monte is certified by the American Bankruptcy Institute.
He founded Monte J. White and Associates and has been in practice since 1992. Prior to this, he worked for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. Monte practices personally in Bankruptcy, Family and Personal Injury law.
He and his wife, Charla, live in Wichita Falls with their two daughters and son.
Larry Lewis
Larry Lewis received his Law Degree from Texas Tech University in 1989. After seven years of service to Wichita County as Assistant District Attorney, he joined the team of Monte J. White and Associates in 1996. Licensed in the state of Texas and US Federal Court, he practices in the fields of Criminal Law, Bankruptcy, Family Law and Personal Injury.
Larry grew up in Chillicothe, Texas and resides in Wichita Falls with his three children. He is a member of the Colonial Baptist Church and Resource Wichita Falls.
Mary Brasher
Mary Brasher received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech School of Law in 1989. She served Wichita County as an Assistant District Attorney from 1989 to 1993 and the State of Texas as an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Division in Wichita Falls from 1993 to 1996. Mary joined the team of Monte J. White and Associates in 1996. She is licensed in the State of Texas and US Federal District Court. Mary grew up in Jacksboro, Texas and graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. Mary has served on the board of directors for Inheritance Adoptions and is a member of the Sr. Jr. Forum of Wichita Falls. She is a member of Grace Church and resides in Wichita Falls with her husband, John Wesley Brasher, and two children.
Pamela J. Chaney
Pamela J. Chaney received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s Law School in San Antonio, Texas in 1998. Pamela graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University. After serving as a Briefing Attorney for the 11th Court of Appeals in Eastland, Texas, Pamela went on to practice in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Probate, Guardianship, and Real Estate. Pamela joined the team of Monte J. White & Associates, P.C. in 2008 and now practices in the area of Bankruptcy and Social Security. She is licensed in the state of Texas and U.S. Federal Court.
Pamela lives in Eastland, Texas with her husband, Mark and daughter Cadence (C.J.).
